Pyrite and gold

The pipeline

  1. /patent-intake — ReconnaissanceSurvey the terrain and make camp. The kit takes stock of what you have and what you're after, then sets up a clean, protected workspace to work from.
  2. /patent-prospect — Pan, sample, stakeThe make-or-break step. Most first ideas are pyrite — and pyrite means gold is near. The kit pressure-tests yours against the field until the ownable value surfaces, then helps you stake it for $65.
  3. /patent-draft — Mine the veinPull the real claims out of your knowledge. Several frontier models work the same ore from different angles; the kit reconciles them into a layered claim structure built to hold.
  4. /patent-attack — Smelt the oreHeat and pressure. Your draft is attacked from every side an examiner or competitor would use. What survives is what's defensible — and you hold the final say.
  5. /patent-figures — Map the depositTurn hardened claims into filing-grade drawings with a built-in visual editor. No design skills, no overflowing labels, no redraw loop.
  6. /patent-file — Hallmark the barStamp it and ship it. The kit assembles a clean, office-ready package and walks you through the actual submission.

A real drawing tool, built in.

The kit's built-in figure editor drawing the Tomorrow Kit's own six-stage pipeline as a filing-grade patent figure
The kit's own figure editor — here drawing the Tomorrow Kit's own pipeline. Drag boxes and arrows; it renders filing-grade, reference-numbered drawings, no design software required.

Built from nine real filings.

Filing on your own is a minefield of small, expensive mistakes — surcharges, missed windows, the wrong format on the wrong day — that quietly cost solo inventors hundreds. The kit was hardened on nine micro-entity applications and routes around the traps before you hit them. The specifics travel with the kit.

This kit assists with patent research, drafting, and filing preparation. It does not file on your behalf, does not give legal opinions, and does not guarantee patentability. All filing decisions remain yours.
